Hello participants of Mailing List. I'll continue the topic, which I started in June concerning PayPal (http://lists.webappsec.org/pipermail/websecurity_lists.webappsec.org/2014-June/009027.html). Even there was nobody (in security mailing lists, FB and TW), who had desire to help with forcing PayPal to block terrorists accounts, in beginning of July I solved the issue with PayPal. And I found a way to force PayPal to stop support terrorism and to block such accounts. Because it's the job of their security department. Since then the accounts are closed regularly. As I wrote earlier, since 01.03.2014 I was hardly working to resist against information war from Russia against Ukraine. Work against terrorists web sites, resist Russian propaganda and also block terrorists accounts in Electronic Payment Systems (EPS). About this activity I write in my Twitter and Facebook accounts. These are the results of my work on blocking accounts of terrorists for June-September 2014 in different payment systems (http://on.fb.me/1pLWD9l). Results of my work on blocking accounts of terrorists for June-September: WebMoney - 12 accounts (41 wallets). Yandex.Money - 41 accounts. QIWI - 19 accounts. PayPal - 33 accounts. Privatbank - 1 card account. GlobalMoney - 2 accounts. PerfectMoney - 3 accounts. OkPay - 1 account. In total there were blocked 112 accounts. And in October I blocked many new accounts in electronic payment systems and Privatbank.
