Web App Mapping?

What is everyone using for application mapping out there in the
real world?

I'm fiddling with a number of tools, WebInspect, BlackWidow, Burp,
etc., and I'm not finding a very usable tool to make a hierarchical
map of page/user flow through an application.

Anyone who has good experiences, let me know what you've used and
how.

Thanks!
M

I think O2 is trying to solve this problem for most of the popular
frameworks.

I included Dinis on this email as he has more details.

Abe
