I have published the changes I proposed for Sections 1-4 of WAFEC 1.0 in 2011 at https://github.com/cmlh/WAFEC/commit/a04804e34d937bbdee3cf9abcd856d0ac384d2d6 which from memory included the feedback from others. In addition to git pull requests, patches, etc we could also use http://poll.gitrun.com/ to vote on the proposed changes. Does anyone have an issue with using GitHub for this? I am aware that WAFEC is hosted at PBWorks but it would take someone's time to modify the permissions on for wiki page.
