[WEB SECURITY] IAST tools

Hi List,

I was wondering if anyone has experimenting using IAST (Interactive Application Security Testing) tools , especially SEEKER .
Any lessons made ? 
Are there other tools around ? 
Is it mature enough for prime time ?
