The ability to save a SAZ file and export Visual Studio Test Edition XML in
Fiddler makes it a key candidate.

However, I prefer saving Repeater only state from Burp Pro and sharing.

I don't know why anyone would use other tools. Perhaps one like
gizmo-proxy.googlecode.com if disk space is limited, but I would rather use
something retarded like netsed.

Fiddler and Burp Pro are simple. It's HTTP and TLS that are complex
