[WEB SECURITY] Recommendations for Application Development Security Training Courses

Please pardon me if this is off topic, but I need some help here!

The company I am consulting for has a need for training in secure
application design and development (web and non-web), and I was hoping
that members on this list could provide some recommendations regarding
courseware and training providers. (Courses would be on-site.)

Here are the topics:
	Designing Secure Applications
	Secure Java Programming
	Secure C/C++ Programming
	Secure Flash/Flex Programming

All recommendations greatly appreciated.
