[WEB SECURITY] Which tool is better? HP Assessment Management Platform or IBM AppScan???

I'm trying to do a comparative study of features between HP Assessment
Management Platform and IBM AppScan to know the technical differences
between these tools. So that will help us decide which tool would be a
better choice for performing security testing on web application like
vulnerabilities assessment, automated scanning etc. Its really important and
urgent for me to know the differences between these tools. Can anyone help
me on this ASAP? Your inputs would be much appreciated!!!
