[WEB SECURITY] Getting into the security industry

My best advice would be looking at joining a security consultancy team  
and grow your experience there. Take a look at the OWASP Chapters and  
see if there are any local to you, and then go along to some meetings.  
This would give you an idea of who is who in the area and also allow  
you to learn about any new positions.

As for the technical side, keep on learning and experiencing and it  
will happen.
