[WEB SECURITY] Re: Validating new PHP code

We have a Programming Section over at Security-Forums.com where people can
post their code for review, and I'm working on getting a dedicated forum for
just that purpose after seeing these threads.  With almost 25,000 registered
users, you can usually get a pretty good review.
